The Family Studio had tons of space, perfect for our group. The design felt fresh and modern. The kitchenette was useful, especially with a Coop downstairs for quick grocery needs. An adapter for the sockets would have been necessary to charge our devices. The shower pressure could have been better. It occasionally faltered. I also felt that for a longer stay, cleaning services should be more regular rather than having to pay extra. While the location near the Bern Wankdorf station was convenient, it's worth noting that digital access to the doors requires a charged smartphone.

The room was impeccably clean with a functional design. A roll in shower, a hair dryer, and bath sheets were available there. The hotel was in a great and amazing location, close to station...

I really loved the cozy common area with the pool table 🎱 It was super fun for winding down. The kitchenette was handy, but I found the shower pressure really low and no cleaning service for 5 days was a bummer.

The location is favourable and convenient and it is near Wankdorf train station and bus stops and a supermarket.

Had a great quiet weekend at stay kooook bern wankdorf, online check! The family studio was spacious with a well-equipped kitchenette. The communal area was a nice touch.
